We welcome people working on climate and nature issues or in adjacent fields including mental health, education, community organizing, and journalism. Whether you’ve been working in this area for years or or you’re just beginning to feel the magnitude of this existential threat - everyone is welcome. NOTE: this is not a therapy group and the support and education offered does not fall within the purview of regulated psychotherapy.

Using Eugene Gendlin’s Felt Sense Focusing Process, this 8-week course is a gathering place for people wanting to deepen their capacity and skills working in the complex interplay of climate emotions. This course let’s you do that while also exploring your personal response to the crisis.

This course is polyvagal-informed and integrates Jan Winhall's Felt Sense Polyvagal Model™ and elements of Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing approach. Ancient wisdom practices and current neuroscience findings are woven throughout.
